Welcome to F4C
In addition, F4C’s focus is to improve social welfare, health and community cohesion in the UK by providing enjoyable and engaging activities for children and their families.
F4C was born through wanting to help fellow human beings in difficulty. Local community members from the greater Manchester area pulled resources together and organised an event in 2009. This first event raised over 10 thousand pounds for displaced refugees fleeing the crisis in Swat Valley. Subsequently a successful school for girls and orphans was set up in the Swat Valley, which is still running today. A year later in 2010, another successful event was organised and over 20K was raised for various children charities.
THIS YEAR, SEPT 2011 THE FUN CONTINUES! and F4C present an extravaganza of Fun, Fitness and Fundraising for the whole family!
Funds raised on the night will be distributed to ATI (Orphan sponsorship in Swat Valley), FAMS (Financial assistance for students), Doctors World Wide (Infant mortality) the Nest (Orphanage in Rawalpindi) and Elmridge primary school (fund a sports teacher).

Fun We all want a lot of fun but how do we get it? Easy. Let’s put fun activities together to meet with other people and enjoy each other’s company whilst doing activities that bring a lot of laughter, joy and happiness. Life is short so let’s make the most of it and have a lot of fun whilst helping others less fortunate than ourselves
Fitness How fit are you? Could you benefit from becoming fitter? Or may be you just want to become more active and improve your health. It’s not easy when you are on your own. So why not come along to one of our active events where we encourage you and your children to do a bit more! All shapes and sizes welcome! We are not an exercise club but do want people to have a go and encourage each other to be just a little more active!
Fundraising We want to raise money for projects that have the potential to make somebody’s life a little better by working with partner organizations that have a track record to deliver improved outcomes.
